1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Ladd Growth LLC ("Ladd Growth," "we," "us") provides marketing and web development services to qualified home-service businesses.

2. The Service & Case Study Terms

Ladd Growth provides the Booked-Estimate System. The current offer is the Founding Case Study Program for three qualified Tulsa roofing companies with no Ladd Growth service fee during the sprint.

• Service fee: $0 activation fee and $0 monthly service fee during sprint.
• Sprint duration: 30 calendar days of live monitoring from launch.
• Continuation: Optional at $297/month with no activation fee.

3. No Guarantees

Ladd Growth does not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, booked estimates, jobs, or closed revenue. Results depend on existing market demand, sales response speed, and weather conditions. The program promises defined build deliverables, zero service fee during the sprint, founder accountability, and honest tracking.

4. SMS Terms & Use Cases

Ladd Growth LLC sends SMS updates for application status, fit-review reminders, and direct responses. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in.

• Reply STOP to cancel all SMS communications at any time.
• Reply HELP for support and assistance.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to SMS.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
