1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you submit an application or contact form, we collect your name, role, business name, website URL, email address, phone number, service area, approximate monthly inquiry volume, and any notes you include.

Attribution data: We automatically collect referral parameters, UTM tags, GCLID, FBCLID, device type, and approximate location.

Calendar booking data: When you book a fit review, we collect appointment slot details and submitted notes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To evaluate qualification for the Founding Case Study Program.
• To coordinate fit reviews and direct communications.
• To provide Booked-Estimate System services if selected.
• To measure marketing attribution and system conversion.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) & A2P Compliance

If you opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Ladd Growth LLC regarding your application status, fit-review reminders, and direct responses. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing.

• Consent is optional, never pre-checked, and not a condition of service.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction (typically 1–10 messages per month).
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for support.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the SMS communications described in this policy and our SMS Disclosure. We do not sell or rent your mobile information to any third party. If you opt in to SMS, your phone number is stored in our CRM and used only to send messages related to your application, booking, or inquiry. Sub-processors that handle SMS delivery (our CRM and messaging platform) are bound by data protection agreements and do not use your number for their own purposes.

5. Data Security & Handling

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricting access to authorized personnel, and storing data in secure cloud infrastructure. We do not store payment card information. We retain application and communication data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt out: You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, emailing us, or calling us.
• Withdraw consent: You may withdraw SMS consent at any time without penalty.

7. Cookie & Tracking Practices

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure marketing attribution, analyze website performance, and improve user experience.
